Constraints used in the UT fit

Before the B-Factory era, the fit was done using the measurements of UT sides (through semileptonic decays and mixing processes of the B mesons) and the determination of direct CP violation in Kaon system (\varepsilon_K). Click on the plots for details.

|V_{ub}/V_{cb}| \varepsilon_K \Delta m_d \Delta m_d / \Delta m_s

New determinations of UT angles and sides are now available, thanks to the results coming from the B-Factory experiments.

\sin{2\beta} \cos{2\beta} \alpha \gamma 2\beta+\gamma B\rightarrow \tau\nu

Constraints not yet used in the UT fit

Further bounds are available from rare B and K decays. They do not still have a strong impact on the global fit and they are not used at present.

K\rightarrow \pi \nu \bar{\nu} (B\rightarrow \rho/\omega \gamma)/(B\rightarrow K^* \gamma)
